Professional Bio

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and perinatal or postpartum experiences. I offer a compassionate and supportive space to explore emotions, thoughts, and patterns with curiosity and care. Using a trauma-informed approach, I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. My approach emphasizes collaboration, helping you build practical tools for meaningful, sustainable change while honoring your experience. Seeking support is a meaningful step, and I’m here to walk alongside you. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading and spending time outside with my dogs.

Why I do this work

I do this work in the hope of making a positive impact, even if it touches just one person. That possibility motivates me to show up fully every day.

Best part of my job

The best part of my job is building meaningful relationships and witnessing clients make lasting, positive changes in their lives.

Beyond the therapy room

I spend my free time reading and spending time outdoors with my dogs.
