Professional Bio
Therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can explore your experiences, patterns, and ways you engage with the world. I work collaboratively to understand what is meaningful to you and what you would like to change. Over time, greater self-understanding can help you make choices that feel more connected to who you are and your personal values.

Why I do this work
I consider it a privilege to help people feel seen and heard while they make sense of their experiences and figure out what they want for their lives.
Best part of my job
The best part of my job is getting to know people deeply and helping them understand themselves in ways they may not have been able to before. I especially value those moments when something begins to click and a client starts seeing themselves, their relationships, or their experiences differently.
Beyond the therapy room
I love to run, hike, go to the movies and spend time with partner.
Favorite quote
“Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.” – Michael Scott
You don’t have to do this alone anymore. With the support of a highly trained therapist, you’ll soon have a path and roadmap out of your suffering, and each step of the way, you’ll be accompanied by a kind, dedicated guide.
