Devon Seelig, Doctoral Trainee

Hello! I am Devon (She/Her/Hers). I’m a therapist at Denver Mental Health Collective, but you can also call me a Safe Space Cultivator, Anxiety Soother, & Mindfulness Motivator.

I help people who are feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed to grow more empowered in their lives. We will work collaboratively in a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you reach your goals and feel better.

Safe Space Cultivator

Do you often feel judged, uncomfortable, and unaccepted by others? Can this get in the way of expressing yourself? Creating a safe space is where we will begin. It is my priority to ensure that you have a non-judgmental and trusting environment where you feel heard, accepted and can share freely without criticism.

Anxiety Soother

Do you often feel anxious? Do you feel your worries or nervousness get in the way of living the life you want to live? Anxiety can feel all-consuming at times. My goal is to help you better understand your anxiety and find ways to help manage its effects so that you can live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

Mindfulness Motivator

Are you feeling stressed and/or overwhelmed? Do you often feel on edge? If this sounds like you, together we can explore mindfulness tools that help you to feel more relaxed and centered in your daily life. Mindfulness also helps to develop more awareness, acceptance and self-compassion. I am a trained yoga teacher and enjoy sharing mindfulness skills and techniques to help people navigate life’s challenges.
