Why I do this work
We experience life in vastly different ways and all deserve opportunities to receive support and ask for help when we are in need. I strive to honor and respect these experiences while celebrating and supporting growth along the way.
Best part of my job
I value human connection and witnessing healing moments. Witnessing client’s overcome life’s burdens and move towards self-compassion and relief is an honor.
Beyond the therapy room
I am from Colorado and enjoy exploring Denver and the mountains. When I’m not working, I love practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.
