Why I do this work

Being a therapist allows me to live out my passion and core values of helping others and fostering meaningful connections. My interest in therapy grew while working in community mental health, where I provided case management services to individuals living with severe mental illnesses. During that time, I saw firsthand the impact compassionate, consistent support can have in people’s lives. I also began attending therapy myself while in undergrad, and that experience helped me better understand myself and live a more fulfilling life, deepening my appreciation for the transformative power of therapy.

Best part of my job

The best part of my job is learning from my clients – something that happens constantly.

Beyond the therapy room

In my free time you can find me going for hikes, taking photos, looking for birds, or being creative.
