Professional Bio

I try not to take life too seriously but I take your struggles and difficulties seriously. Together we will come up with your goals for therapy and work to implement strategies to meet those goals. I am EMDR trained and I integrate different techniques into traditional talk therapy. I don’t pretend to have all the answers and I don’t expect you to either. You will begin to understand where these challenges are coming from through our work together. In our sessions, we will talk about ways that will help you move through them in order to get to a better and happier place.
