Professional Bio

I work from the belief that you possess a natural, internal ability to heal; my role is to help clear the path so that resilience can resurface. I serve as your collaborator to ensure our sessions are a shared space built on empowerment and respect. Together, we’ll build a deeper awareness of your unique patterns, helping you recognize how your body and mind respond to the world around you. Together, we’ll focus on reclaiming your sense of safety, trust, and self-esteem – the very things trauma often disrupts. We’ll explore how your past experiences shaped your world, but we’ll do so with curiosity rather than judgment.
