Hadley Thomas

Hello! I am Hadley Thomas and I’m a therapist at Denver Mental Health Collective, but you can also think of me as an Anxiety Crusher & Identity Explorer.

I aim to provide a safe space and work collaboratively with individuals who want to tackle their anxiety and accomplish their goals. We can work together to build resources, techniques, and coping skills to put your goals into action.

My ideal clients are young adults and adults who are seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and identity.

Anxiety Crusher:

Do you find yourself over thinking, unable to relax, and nervous? Do your worries feel like they are out of control? Anxiety can be so hard to work through! Together we can crush anxiety by establishing resources and pinpointing triggers to lead to peace of mind.

Identity Explorer:

Do you struggle with knowing who you are? Many people do, which means you are not alone. The uncertainty around identity can deeply impact our lives. I provide a safe space to explore and better understand concepts of identity, such as gender, sexuality, and culture. I welcome any people in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Education and Training:

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University in 2020. I am currently a Master Level Student Intern majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. I have previous experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent. As well as, working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity concerns.

More about me:

Fun fact, I have a big pet family of three cats and two small pups. Most days you can find my curled up with my fur babies reading a book or watching anime. I enjoy traveling to different cities and countries with my sister throughout the year as well.

Please contact our office today to schedule a free phone consultation. During this time, our Client Care Coordinator can talk more about what’s going on and how I can help you feel better.
