Founding Director
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and virtual counselor in Denver, but you can also call me a Life-Untangler, a Performance Coach, and a Thought Mediator.
I help anxious humans feel less anxious in their relationships and perform better in their lives.
My ideal clients are practicing and retired athletes, health care professionals, and those with high-stress and high-risk careers.
Entrepreneurs & Health Care Professionals
Do you feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? That’s because you are, and you need specialized care to support you through it. Entrepreneurs and high-stress professionals are some of my favorite individuals to work with. I help busy individuals prioritize responsibilities, improve productivity, and restore strained relationships.
Feeling burnt out and overwhelmed? Then I can help you recharge and find a calmer balance; whether you’ve lost it or don’t feel like you’ve ever had it.
Athletes & Performers
Are you an athlete that struggles with performance, or issues related to stress or injury? If so, I can help you perform consistently, navigate injury, and overcome stress-related issues.
Are you dealing with off-the-field issues like anxiety or depression? I will help you untangle the mess and learn new skills to minimize their impact.
LPC Supervision
I provide supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates in the state of Colorado.
Education & Training
Doctoral: I completed my EdD in Sport & Performance Psychology from The University of Western States.
Master’s: I earned my M.A. in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver.
Bachelor’s: I earned my B.S. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of Rhode Island.
More about me
Those closest to me know me as an ardent partner and father, a business owner, and a lover of plants. My core values are altruism, generosity, and equality. I am equal parts extroverted as I am introverted. While I enjoy spending time in nature, my ideal days off are spent in my backyard with my family.
We all deserve a little help sometimes, and that’s what led you here. If you’re feeling like something has got to give but you don’t know what, reach out.
