Taylor Condon, MA, LPC

Hello! I am Taylor. I’m a therapist here at Denver Mental Health Collective, but you can also call me a Story Holder, Relationship Guide, & Cycle Breaker.

I help people embrace their humanity and feel more confident adapting to life's constant curve balls. My ideal clients are adults wanting to work on improving their relationship with themselves and others.

Story Holder:

One of the most important things we can share is our story and our stories can be heavy. Do you have heavier parts of your story that you want to work through? I focus on having a collaborative relationship with clients, so we can navigate through the heavier parts of your story together. I offer a warm and non judgemental space to provide support, guidance, clarity, and growth. Whether you are looking for a confidante to explore past and present challenges or you have a specific goal for therapy, you can trust I will support you with knowledge, empathy and compassion.

Relationship Guide:

Do you want to work on your relationship with yourself? I believe the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves and it can affect our relationships with others. I know it can feel more familiar to be hard on ourselves rather than giving ourselves the benefit of the doubt. I can help guide you in building self compassion skills and embracing your humanity. Or if you want to work on having more fulfilling relationships, we can work together to help you feel confident in conquering the numerous challenges relationships can bring.

Cycle Breaker:

Are you one of the first in your family to seek therapy? Or do you have patterns from the past you want to unlearn and replace with something new? Our brains are filled with habits and patterns, some that benefit us and maybe some that do not. We can work
together to identify these patterns and I can support you in creating patterns more aligned with the person you want to be.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The University Kentucky and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. I am Gottman Level I certified Couples Counseling and currently working toward my Level II
Gottman certification. I have experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger, lifestyle changes, low self esteem, and grief.

MORE ABOUT ME:

I am originally from Kentucky and I have been in Colorado for 4 years. Those that know me would consider me an outdoors lover. When I am not at the office I enjoy camping, skiing, playing volleyball, and hiking with my dog. Nature is a form of therapy for me and I believe it can be extremely healing.
Please contact our office today to schedule a free phone consultation. During this time our Client Care Coordinator can talk more about what’s going on and how I can help you feel better.
