Denver Mental Health Collective is currently seeking rock star licensed therapists in Denver to join our practice.
Not only do we need your help to achieve our vision of a world where getting mental health care is easier than going without, but also in fighting healthcare inequity. We do so by accepting all major insurance, including Medicaid. This is an opportunity to get back to doing the work you set out to do from the beginning. Ideal candidates are fully licensed and actively support our mission of providing accessible and affordable mental health care.
We offer competitive pay and benefits, including:
- Full Time (23 clients/week), W2 positions (we do not hire independent contractors);
- In-person, Hybrid, Full Remote options are available;
- Licensed in Colorado but do not live in Colorado? No problem;
- Competitive pay range ($63,000 – $90,000 per year);
- No waiting for reimbursement from insurance companies or ambiguity around how much you’ll take home from each client session;
- Full autonomy over the clients you see;
- A reasonable caseload of clients tailored to your niche;

- A dedicated in-house administrative team that handles all new calls, scheduling, billing, and ALL other administrative tasks;
