Therapy Services in Denver

Our mission is to provide accessible and affordable therapy services in Denver. We seek to provide care to as many members of our community as possible. Our We offer wrap around services that can meet all of your family’s mental health needs.

For some, several family members see different providers in our office. And some just come in for individual counseling. Either way, our goal is to make it as easy and comfortable as possible to get you back to doing what you love.

We know that making the jump into therapy can be hard. And we try to make that transition as smooth and affordable as possible.

I want to get started. What are my next steps?

  1. Reach Out! The easiest way to reach us is through our contact form. You can also send us an email at Hello@Denvermhc.com or call us at (720) 863 6100. We respond to all inquiries the same business day.
  2. Phone Consultation. Talk to our intake therapist to choose a therapist that best fits your needs. Provide us with your insurance information to verify if we are in network and to check benefits if you plan to use insurance. We are currently in network providers for Anthem, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, and United Healthcare, CO Access, CCHA, and many more.
  3. Complete your intake paperwork via our online portal at least 48 hours before your session.
  4. Come to your first session. Your therapist will go over your intake paperwork and take payment.
  5. Meet your therapist and discuss what brought you in for therapy and your goals for therapy. The initial session is where we get to know you and you get a feel for who we are as a therapist. By the end of the session, we will talk to you about our fit as a therapist, provide you with some actionable goals, and hopefully schedule a second appointment to start treatment!

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a choice people make when they feel as though they have room for improvement in their life. Whether it be lacking a clear focus, or something different, individual counseling can help you to overcome these obstacles and allow you to reach your highest potential.

Online Counseling

We offer easy and accessible online appointments. This is a great option for someone who doesn't have the time or ability to get to our office in-person. Or course, if you live far away, simply want to avoid traffic, or you prefer increased privacy; this is a great option.
