Hello! I am Hailey Armus, I am glad you are here. I’m a therapist here at Denver Mental Health Collective. My focus in therapy is integrative and empowerment based. I approach each session with curiosity as well as compassion, and integrate these values into my work by being a boundary advocate, a guide for emotional balance & an emotional grounder.
I help individuals find fulfillment in the labyrinth of life in order to obtain liberation from the constraints of society as well as the hold of one’s mind. My ideal clients are those struggling with attachment wounds, self-esteem, boundary setting, intense relationship patterns, as well as anxiety.
Boundary Advocate:
Are you struggling with setting boundaries? Do you tend to say “yes” in social and personal situations when you really want to say “no?” We can work together to establish boundaries that work for you and your relationships, with family, friends, and partnerships.
Guide for Emotional Balance:
Have you been experiencing conflict in your relationships? A relationship requires effort from all parties in order for it to thrive. While we cannot control others, we can consider our own behaviors and needs. We can reflect on how those patterns show up for us in our relationships. Together, we can work towards understanding attachment patterns and they can impact relationships.
Emotional Grounder:
Do you feel overwhelmed about the stressors of life? Do you seem to find yourself feeling drained? I can help guide you through the worries of life and find meaning in life’s purpose. We can work together to establish an environment and lifestyle that promotes comfort as well as peace of mind.

MORE ABOUT ME
I am an advocate for the mind and body relationship; finding balance and harmony between the necessities of life along with one’s desires. I highly value a practice rooted in mindfulness and compassion that addresses one’s overwhelming thoughts and irrational fears as well as a person-centered approach that focuses on one’s potential, the strength that one holds to address their mental health struggles.
