Hello! I’m Nick Woodhull. I’m a Masters Level Student Therapist here at Denver Mental Health Collective, but you can also call me a Trauma Healer, Inner Parts Explorer, and Anxiety Untangler.
I help individuals who have experienced trauma or anxiety find healing, peace, and self-understanding so they can live with greater confidence and clarity.
My Ideal clients are young adults and adults who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, emotional pain, or anxiety—especially those who have experienced trauma or want to better understand their inner world. I love working with people ready to heal, grow, and live more authentically.
Trauma Healer:
Do you feel weighed down by painful experiences that you can’t seem to move past? Many people carry emotional wounds that shape their self-perception and how they perceive others. I help clients process these experiences in a safe, supportive space using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll work toward healing and reclaiming a sense of strength and peace.
Inner Parts Explorer:
Do you ever feel like different parts of you are in conflict—one that wants to move forward and another that’s holding back? Through IFS, I help clients explore these inner parts with curiosity and compassion, discovering the purpose behind their patterns. This process fosters greater harmony and self-acceptance, enabling you to live with more balance and clarity.
Anxiety Untangler:
Do you feel constantly on edge or stuck in “what ifs”? Anxiety can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. I help clients slow their thoughts, calm their nervous systems, and learn to work with their anxious parts rather than against them. The result is a steadier, more confident you.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
I am currently earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and depression with compassion and clarity.
