Understanding Emotions Group (virtual)

This group is intended for adults (18+) who struggle to process their emotions, to cope with their emotional reactions, or to express their emotions to others (so, all adult humans). The ability to understand our emotions doesn’t come easy to most people. This group is a great opportunity to get started and build connections with people just like you.

This group meets weekly and is run by Jamie Dinneen. Please contact us using the form below with any questions or to schedule a consultation with Jamie.

Fees vary depending on insurance.
$0 copay for Medicaid members.
$30 per session for self-pay.

At Denver Mental Health Collective, we are passionate about supporting the community around us. Our Denver support groups are a great opportunity to supplement individual therapy.  Join one of our Denver-based support groups and get additional support while meeting new people that are going through similar struggles.
